Three years ago, we did a quick study of how field goal percentage, scoring, rebounding, and statistics have changed over time.  Since then a few more seasons have passed and, thanks to sites like DatabaseBasketball and Basketball-Reference, data has become more readily available.  Here is a chart of the 82-game average per team since 1973-74 (when blocks, steals, and turnovers were first recorded).  The chart is a bit more thorough than they former chart and includes points created per 100 possessions (denoted as efficiency in the last column).  Let's take a look at the stats and see what we learn:
