2015 NBA Draft: Final Top 60

The 2015 draft should be a pretty good one. As a historical comp, I see this one turning out like the 1970 draft. That draft was loaded with good, but not great centers and produced 12 all-stars.

I like Towns and Winslow as the top 2. Both have the same high upside/low bust combination. The top 10 all look pretty solid. Porzingis is the high upside mystery. After that the next 20-25 picks offer solid value. In the 2nd round things drop off quite a bit. This list reflects how I would draft these players all other things being equal.
