Like life itself the NBA Draft Lottery is random, painful and wonderful. It will remain as such unless they adopt that stupid wheel. This piece looks at what teams have been lucky and/or unlucky in the lottery during its 30 years of existence. I had my Western Conference preview all set. Things were pretty simple and easy to predict. I had the Thunder winning the West and starting a dynasty. It made sense. 1. OKC Soars: The Oklahoma City Thunder have officially entered some pretty unique territory. After beating Utah tonight, the Thunders are now 41-24 and project to win over 50 wins. That's pretty impressive because OKC is quite a young team. But the surprising thing is exactly how young they are.
